How to scale up your business?
"Quality" must be above all. Quality is the most important thing in business. Now, how to know how good is the quality of the ongoing business? 

We must receive feedback from consumers, by becoming questioners through surveys. Through the Google form, we can find out how good the quality of our business is.

What are the benefits of feedback from consumers?


1. As Materials To Develop Further Products
If the feedback provided by the customer is not good, then you can use it as a means of improving the quality of your product or service. So with that, your business products will be preferred by consumers in the future.

2. Will Always Know Developments
Some business owners sometimes often miss the latest or most updated information, because they are too focused on their own products. Keep in mind that you can find out about the information of trending topics as well as related to business products that are owned, because you can find out there.

3. Can Be Used As An Overview Of Prospective Consumer Products
Potential customers usually don't know the exact product you offer. Customer feedback can also be used as a benchmark or description of consumers when they want to buy it.

Even from the feedback they can also know the quality of the product. But positive testimonials will certainly be much better for a product.

The survey can be used as a reference for all local entrepreneurs to improve the quality of their products in the future, like the results of their answers:


From the results obtained from my survey of my school friends, it can be concluded 100% People 27 of 27 love local products. The majority (53,8% answered good, and 46,3% answered very good) consider the quality of local products to be good. The majority answered they buy local products because the prices are affordable, they argue that the majority of Indonesians love local products. They provide suggestions for local Indonesian products to improve product quality so that they can be recognized by all countrys.


It can be concluded that Indonesia needs to improve even better the quality of its products, so that it can be well-known to foreign countries, and many other great benefits.

My reflection today 26/7/2023 After a long school holiday, today is the first day I meet with the Wednesday school schedule,  I think this Wednesday is the day that gives me the most insight, from how to organize teamwork in groups, how to perform well, and how to accept opinions that don't agree with mine. This English lesson also provides very important knowledge for the future, about jobs that will survive in the future in this technological era.
