3D Architectural rendering is a realistic 3D rendering of a house that displays the exterior/interior of a building. Short 3D rendering videos including background sound presentations detailing the functions of each part of the building and music according to the building's theme. Short 3D rendering videos are suitable for building presentation media, tender presentation media or school assignments. All packages above the client gets 1x revision in the process.
3. Work Stages
In carrying out the work, it is certain that an orderly sequence
is made so that it runs well and more efficiently, the following are the stages
of Lectune Consultant work
1.
Konsulting
& Request
The first stage is consultation between the
team and the client. Determine what type & package the client wants to use,
then conduct a QnA (Question and Answer) session to dig deeper into information
regarding the client's wishes such as building type, building model, spatial
layout, and so on.
2.
Brainstorming
The second stage is to
critique the requests made by the client to the team. The professional team
solves problems by prioritizing creativity and innovation and making client
requests a reference, so that a good product is created and according to the
request given by the client.
3.
Drafting
In
the third stage, namely drafting, the team will make a rough design draft or
outline, then give it to the consumer to reach an agreement, and as a reference
whether it can be continued or changes are needed

Designing
In
the fourth stage, the draft that was mutually agreed upon then the team
executes the original work in more detail and perfectly within the allotted
time.
5.
Revision
& Evaluation
In
this fifth stage, the team will submit the design results to the client and the
client can examine them thoroughly to serve as a reference for whether they are
approved or need revisions. If revisions are necessary, the team will
re-evaluate and revise the design until it meets the client's request.
6. Final
Desain
At this stage,
all the client's products that will be handed over go through an observation
process once again in order to minimize errors and design mistakes. The design
will be handed over to the client when the client has paid the remaining costs.
